ShopaExpress does not own, sell, ship, or process payments for affiliate products.

All purchases of affiliate products are completed on third-party websites. As a result, ShopaExpress does not issue refunds for affiliate products under any circumstance.

If you require a refund, cancellation, or support for an affiliate product, you must contact the original online store or vendor where the final purchase was made and follow their refund policy.

ShopaExpress is not responsible for the quality, delivery, pricing, availability, or refund decisions of third-party affiliate products.

SECTION 3 — PRODUCT LISTING & HOSTING FEES

ShopaExpress allows vendors and affiliates to list digital products or host affiliate product content (including links, images, descriptions, and metadata) on the platform for a fee.

Once a product or affiliate listing has been successfully published, approved, or made live on ShopaExpress, the listing or hosting fee paid is non-refundable.

This is because listing and hosting fees cover platform services such as product review, publishing, system resources, exposure, marketing placement, and administrative processing.

Refunds will not be issued for listing or hosting fees under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind after publication
• Low sales or no sales
• Removal of product by the vendor
• Expiration of listing period
• Termination of account due to policy violations

By submitting and publishing a product or affiliate listing on ShopaExpress, you acknowledge and agree that all listing and hosting fees are final and non-refundable.
